Returning uneaks.com orders
Shoes can be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days from ship date. After 30 days, shoes must be unworn to receive a refund or exchange. Socks can be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days from ship date but must be unworn and unwashed. Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or color only. Your return will be processed within 1 week of being received at our warehouse and refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. You will receive an e-mail notification once your return is processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

- A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.
- We reserve the right to limit returns.
Return Procedures:
- Print and fill out this Return Form. Please be sure to include the original order number, purchaser name, address, and email address.
- Pack your return with the completed form (in the original package if possible) and send it to uneaks.com at:

Important Notes:
- We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and U*neaks will not replace the contents of the package. Thank you for your cooperation.
- All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase.

- If you return a product purchased with multiple methods of payment, balance will first be applied to the credit card up to the original amount charged, and then to the Gift Card or Product Voucher.
- Refunds will include product and tax amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were damaged in transit, we will also include shipping charges in your refund.
